After you
have decided which item you want to buy, please choose the mode of shipping before
you place it into your cart. You can adjust the mode of shipping in the small
window that is located above the paypal button. The window is usually set for
EMS shipping but by clicking on the downwards arrow at the right end of the window
you will be able to choose between EMS, Regular Airmail or SAL shipping. Your
final shipping fee will depend on the shipping weight, shipping destination and
the mode of shipping you choose. Note:Only
EMS shipping is insured and with tracking.
Next
add the item you want to buy to your cart by clicking on the "Paypal ADD
ITEM TO CART" button. This button should then open a further window in your
browser which shows your shopping cart with the item you have placed into it.
If you want to place additional items into your cart just click on the [continue
shopping] button and repeat the same procedure (1+2). However if you like
to order more of the same merchandise simply adjust the number of your order shown
in your shopping cart window and press the [update cart] button on the same page.
Please
note: the shopping cart page will not show your shipping fee. We will send you
a seperate invoice including your shipping fee after you have checked out. However,
you can choose to calculate the fee according to our shipping fee charts and add
it to your order by clicking the indicated buttons on the shipping fee charts
before checking out.
STEP
2: Adding the shipping fee to your cart
1.
List the shipping
weight of each item you ordered on a memo and calculate the total shipping weight. The
shipping weight of each item is shown on in your shopping cart. Please do not
forget to mutiply the individual shipping weights if you have ordered more than
one of the same item.
Find
the total of the shipping weight and the destination of the shipment on the given
charts for the various modes of shipping and click at the designated Yen button
which relates to your shipment. By doing so, you will add the appropriate shipping
fee to your cart in the same way you placed the merchandise in your cart. In
our example below: the 1.chosen mode of shipping :EMS + 2. destination :France
+ 3. Shipping weight total : 2000g will lead to the button for 4600 Yen shipping
fee. This button will add the proper shipping fee to the shopping cart.
Please click
on the [ Proceed to check out] button in your shopping cart. To access your
paypal account please enter your email address and password.

For
credit card users: please follow the instructions after you pressed the [ Proceed
to check out] button in your shopping cart by entering your name and credit card
number as well as all other necessary information.

STEP
4: Maikoshop will ship your order to your address
We
will dispatch your order right after your payment and it will arrive in a time
relating to the choice of your shipping carrier.
